We have our professional manufacturing basement in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, Welcome to visit our factory.
How long it will take to build the samples?
Depending on your specific project, it usually takes 15 to 25 days.
Can you accept my drawings electronically, and in which format?
Yes. Our preferred files are DXF, IGES, and STP files, We also can do reverse engineering based on your samples, to understand the material, measure sizes and know how.
What is the thinnest material you work with?
Typically, 0.3mm, Depending on the material and the nature of the part design.
Who is responsible for the cost of tool maintenance?
Zechin absorbs the cost of routine maintenance for the life of the tool.
What assembly services do you offer?
A variety of secondary assembly services including tapping, fastener installation, plastics assembly, grommets, the deburring, labeling, mechanical fastening, and special packing.
Can you ship the cargo to my company location with DDU term?
